My training method is based on four key pillars that make it unique and effective:

  • Six key topics: the training curriculum used for the Positive Stress training is based on years of research into stress and resilience and helps develop a new mindset
  • ARAC is a proprietary training process that goes far beyond simple awareness and focuses on reflection, skill acquisition and skill consolidation over time
  • Behaviour change workshops (if needed) to help teams develop sustainable new habits

ARAC – 4 steps towards long-lasting results

The 4 steps in ARAC are based on the steps used in cognitive-behavioural interventions – Awareness, Reflection, Acquisition, Consolidation. We use our ARAC process to help solidify new neural and behavioural pathways and learnings.
