The 4 steps in ARAC are based on the steps used in cognitive-behavioural interventions – Awareness, Reflection, Acquisition, Consolidation. We use our ARAC process to help solidify new neural and behavioural pathways and learnings.

Reflect on and discuss results of Awareness phase and agree on key mindset drivers to work on.
Learn new skills and co-create new behaviours, processes and positive experiences, based on brain and behaviour science.
